MANA® takes care of secure delivery by using only high quality couriers. Delivery times are calculated from the moment your order is dispatched. Once you have received the Track and Trace confirmation, the countdown has begun!

Note: Shipping costs do not include local import taxes and duties that may apply to your order. All applicable charges are not the responsibility of the MANA® brand and are the responsibility of the recipient of the order. As a brand, import duties vary by country or region and we have no insight into or control over the amount payable;

If you decide not to pay your import taxes or duties and refuse your order/package, you will not be refunded for your order.

The courier is always responsible for delivering your package. If the package is deemed to have been delivered by the courier and has not been received by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to take the necessary steps to ensure correct delivery.

Under no circumstances will MANA® be responsible for a parcel that has not been delivered, although it has been in transit.

When placing your order, please check all information as MANA® cannot be held responsible for any incorrect or incomplete information provided by you such as name, address, billing address, email, phone number etc.

For international shipments, local customs may require additional time or additional information or documentation and time to clear your package. This may delay your estimated delivery date. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this.

 

Pre-order policy

If you place an order with a pre-ordered item, your entire order will be shipped together as soon as the pre-ordered item is available. This is because we do not split orders to minimise shipping.
